We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (excluding public holidays), all clothing orders are then dispatched on an express 1-2 day service. Any orders overseas may take slightly longer due to potential customs handling.

The returns process needs to begin within 14days of receiving you items.

UK orders will incur a £3 returns fee. 
Overseas orders, will incur a £15 returns fee.

To ensure you receive your order on or before 24th December 2024, please order by 12:00 GMT on the below dates for each region.

UK: Friday 20th December
EU / USA: Wednesday 18th December
ROW: Tuesday 17th December

The return window is extended until 13th January for any orders placed from 2nd December until 30th December. If you have issues with using the returns portal please email customer_relations@t-o-o-g-o-o-d.com
