Fudge Chair
Made to order
The Fudge Chair is an armchair defined by chunky proportions and a softly irregular geometry. Standing foursquare on stout legs, the form combines visual weight with subtle asymmetry, resulting in a chair that feels grounded yet informal.
Cast in fibreglass and hand-finished to a satin matte surface, each piece carries small variations in form and finish that reflect the handmade process rather than machine uniformity.

The Making of Fudge
Balancing playfulness with solidity, Fudge is a sculptural seating design defined by weight, softness and intuitive form. Built from chunky volumes, the chair continues the pliant approach developed in the Roly Poly collection, while introducing a more compact and grounded stance.
The form evolved through an unorthodox making process, beginning as a small clay maquette before being translated into a full-scale, hand-carved wooden model and finally realised in cast fibreglass. Subtle asymmetries are intentionally retained, allowing material behaviour and hand-making to inform the final object.

Materials & Process
At the heart of the studio is a restless spirit of experimentation, and a deep seated respect for materials. These two pillars of creativity and craft can be found in each piece, from the ironically plump Roly- Poly in glowing raw fibreglass, to the hardy Cobble collection finished in laboratory- grade ceramic glaze
