The Gummy Footstool distils the plump, anthropomorphic language of the Gummy family into a compact form. Small in scale yet generous in character, it retains the softly structured upholstery and visual comfort that define Gummy.

Designed as a natural companion to the Gummy Armchair or Gummy Lounge Chair, the footstool sits comfortably alongside seating or on its own.

Made in the UK using traditional upholstery techniques, each footstool is built up by hand, layering natural materials to form its distinctive shape.

Gummy seating is offered in a curated selection of textiles. Fabric guidance and swatches are available on request. C.O.M is accepted, subject to suitability testing.

We offer UK and international delivery.

As all items are made to order, shipping costs vary according to the piece, destination and access requirements, and are quoted at the time of enquiry. International transit typically takes 1-2 weeks by air freight, excluding any time held in customs.

Wooden crating may be recommended for certain products and is charged separately. Both curbside and white glove delivery options are available, with logistics support and tracking provided throughout.

The Making of Gummy

Gummy is a family of fully upholstered seating boasting generous, anthropomorphic proportions.

Made in the UK using traditional upholstery techniques, Gummy is constructed entirely from natural materials. The form is built up by hand, layer by layer, allowing material behaviour and process to shape the final object. British-sourced wool, coconut husk padding and natural latex replace conventional foam, resulting in upholstery that is breathable, resilient and naturally fire retardant.

Each Gummy piece is designed to work alongside its rotund kin, or confidently stand alone.
